I need help for a switch word that helps me to meditate. I have been doing meditation for 2 years + but could not go much far with noted changes.

So, please suggest me some switch word that helps me to mediate deeply and achieve mental peace and happiness. I don’t know but, there may be some blockage within me to be removed.

Before doing meditation, chant “WHITE CHESTNUT AGRIMONY QUIET MIND OPEN HEART RELAX” 100 times over a glass of water and drink that water in small sips. Then sit for meditation.

Meditation will not bring you anything. Meditation means cultivation.

Take one evolving emotions for a week and build up that energy within you so that it becomes your part to become easily accessible.

E.g. Take LOVE. How do you cultivate this in your mind?

Think of your parents; mentally say “I love you”. Thank them.

Thanking and smiling at all your organs is cultivating love.

Thank all the places where you resided, stayed.

Thank the Mother Earth for providing you with food manifesting your desires. Give her all your love intending “Let my love for you cleanse the pollution”.

Think of all the rivers thank them.

Think of good qualities of all the people in your life and say “I love you”.

This is meditation on Love. Cultivate (meditate) love in you. Become love itself when you meditate.

You will attract good people and even people who dislike you or people whom you don’t like will turn good.

• Similarly, take one quality a week: peace, joy, surrender, co-existence, reverence, harmony, beauty, wisdom and humility.
• Meditate on them and cultivate these qualities in you like a farmer growing the seeds.
• You can download pictures for these qualities and think about them. Wisdom means you can think of enlightened people and bring them to your mind picture.

These qualities if properly cultivated will evolve you above your survival instinct. Life is not competition; it is co-existence. It is giving and not getting. It is an exercise to accept and surrender.

Find a Life of Fulfillment

The affirmation that is needed by those who have a hectic life and who seek calm, peace and joy is: “QUIET MIND, OPEN HEART, RELAX”.

Say it in the order mentioned, continuously, for at least 10 minutes a day.

What happens when we do so?

These keywords act like command words to our sub-conscious mind.

When we are not relaxed, our mind will not be quiet and an open heart will not be present. Why both the quiet mind and open heart is required.

A quiet mind – what it does?

To quote from the Bach Flower Meditation CD, a prayer, “White Chestnut, release all the unwanted thoughts that go round and round within. Give us a calm and quiet mind. When I am at peace within solution dawns. Guide me White chestnut to follow this message”.

An open heart – what it does?

Open heart will help us to link with cosmic memory.

We usually live with our evolutionary memory – derived from our parents and ancestors. This memory belongs to lower-level consciousness.

From one of Naran’s lectures, a quote, “Unless our heart is opened, we can’t feel complete and whole”.

What happens when we chant the affirmation

Out throat chakra is opened by the expression, “Quiet mind”, Heart chakra by “Open heart” and the Hara chakra by the keyword, “Relax”.

When the mind is quiet, (it remains without any expectation) manifestation becomes easier. In addition, a quiet mind allows us to surrender.

When the heart chakra is open, we are ready to give what we receive. The attitude of giving helps us to receive in abundance.

To have a life of fulfillment, chant “QUIET MIND, OPEN HEART, RELAX”.

Scared to take the exam

I am working in a company and our company conducts tests and we need to clear the same which will be considered for the appraisal/promotion. There will be 3 attempts per year.

I am not able to clear in 3 attempts also in the previous year. This year I have got to clear it. Already I have taken 1st attempt and couldn’t clear.

There are 2 more attempts left. I am really frustrated.

You had told me to chant “ELM TOGETHER”. Will it be enough? I am scared to take exam thinking if I will again fail.

Need an extension for my husband’s project

I got an offer from another department yesterday. The HR formalities are still pending. I am praying everything should go smoothly and I should do extremely well in the new position.

One thing I noticed after I started writing Mimulus and Larch in the notebook is that I have become more peaceful.

Instead of worrying about what will happen to my future continuously now, whenever such thought comes to my mind I immediately tell myself ‘There is a divine force that will take me in the right direction’. The only thing I need to do is keep faith and keep chanting and believe in God.

My Deposit is Safe

Last month, after a long time, I could put a small amount as deposit.

Now my husband says he needs that money for some adjustment and that he will return it in 15-20 days. I do not want to give it to him, as I’ll not get it back. If I tell him ‘no’, then our relationship will get affected.
