My mind is not stable even for 10 minutes

I was doing EFT but found it difficult in public and sometimes not working.
I asked the Universe to give me some easier solutions to my problems and I came through this website.
I get uncontrollable negative thoughts all throughout the day, either of the past or future and can never stay in the present.
I get unwanted thoughts about people, situations, and circumstances of the past or future.
If any new thing I have to do in the next moment, then I view it negatively first.
It is hard to believe but I get around a 100 thoughts per minute.

Concede Clear Cancel: to remove (CLEAR) the mental debris (unwanted stuff). This is good especially before going to sleep as it clears the mind from all worries (CANCEL). It happens when you surrender (CONCEDE)

CENTRE means nucleus. It also means the seed. What is a seed? Seed means the beginning of everything, the beginning of the problem, the beginning of a feeling and so on. For whatever the condition we are in, what is the beginning? The switch word CENTRE will bring that out for you.
Child bearing
Seed means child – everything comes from an embryo. For child-bearing chant TOGETHER CLEAR CENTRE DIVINE CHILD. This has to be chanted by the person who wants to have a child – both husband and wife.

The switch word CONCEDE has both the meanings of the switch words – TOGETHER and WITH (for communication). CONCEDE is to yield, to surrender, to stop arguing. If someone is arguing with you chant CONCEDE regularly.
CONCEDE is a Latin word. It is in use since 1630. The CON in concede means TOGETHER WITH. Other meanings for CONCEDE are to obey and confirm to – meaning obey my order or obey my instructions.
CONCEDE may be used to make the other person to be friendly with you. When there is separation between husband and wife, CONCEDE is the word. That means it will work to make the two persons to join.
Physically when there is a fracture, chant CONCEDE. You can also chant CONCEDE DIVINE ORDER then.
To get the clients – “CONCEDE CLEAR CENTRE FIND COUNT DIVINE Clients Everyday”. You can do tapping (EFT) while chanting these words too. You will get better results.
For sales, “CONCEDE CLEAR CENTRE FIND COUNT DIVINE Sales 10 Lakhs” (fill in whatever amount you want).
For physical problems – keep the problem and name of the person on the left hand, and chant CONCEDE CLEAR CENTRE CANCEL DIVINE BE NOW DONE. BE is for physical health.
If you feel lonely or isolated, “CONCEDE CLEAR CENTRE CIRCULATE NOW ON”. Circulate removes loneliness.
To get wisdom – “CONCEDE CLEAR CENTRE FIND DIVINE Wisdom”. Wisdom is an abstract word (not a switch word).
Instead of gaining wisdom, let us say you want to know more about the god of your liking. To heal others put their name in a piece of paper, keep it on the left hand and chant the Switch Words. Preferably chant during the beginning of the day and then later before going to sleep.

Combining switch words with other healing methods
For fever one patient was prescribed CRAB APPLE CHANGE DIVINE ORDER. Crab apple is a Bach Flower remedy, while Change and Divine Order are switch words. Both Bach flower remedy and Switch words can be combined during chanting.
Energizing water with Switch words
Is it possible to chant them and sprinkle the water or to drink the water? Yes you can. Chant them and sprinkle the water or drink the water.
Water will absorb Switch Words energies better. Chant a Switch Words 100 times while holding a glass of water and give the water to children as they won’t chant. The Japam you are doing is of no use if there is no water or earth – in the form of Vibhuddi or Kumkum, while chanting. All Switch Words work with water. Anything spoken to water will be absorbed by it. Do chanting of the Switch Words either for 108 times or chant them for duration of 5 to 10 minutes. No specific time is required.
Label the water bottle with the Switch Words. The water will absorb the energy of it. In addition to that, do chanting as well.
Using circle technique
- Write the name of the person(s) or the situation to be healed in a piece of paper.
- Draw a circle around the name/situation.
- Draw one more concentric circle.
- In between each gap between circles, write one switch word.
- Keep the paper with you.

When do I add Release Resistance to Switch Words

For how long should one chant before we put RELEASE RESISTANCE to the Switch Words? Can RELEASE RESISTANCE only be put before one Switch Word or could it be put in front of a Switch Word combination?
How do you recommend the chanting loud or silent?

RELEASE RESISTANCE is also a switch word. If one is unable to get the desired result with the use of switch words, then release resistance is to be added before the string of switch words.
