I am 24 years old male from Punjab. My problem is that from past few years I am suffering from excessive body hair and also hair fall from head.

Thivi informed that the documents related to his degree certification have been pending for more than two months.
Naran suggested him to do APANA MUDRA (thumb touching middle and ring fingers on both the hands) first thing in the morning and before going to bed, for 20 minutes each time.
He was also suggested to chant the switch words, “SLOW CARE TOGETHER CIRCULATE DIVINE”.
He did this for a day. Next day, he received the documents related to his degree certification, which was pending for more than two months.
Explanation
The switch word CIRCULATE is good for any type of circulation within the body. Here, even though the exam results have been announced, the certificate was stuck in somebody’s office.
When there is an obstacle (earth element), stimulation of (water element) self, clears the obstacle outside.
